I Prescribe, being dutiful and disciplined with the small things

I post and write alot about Global matters and post alot to make people look up and around . To know that there are cultures and places , that are very different are also struggling and happy, in different ways to our Society . 

Huge issues that are outside our control , yet oddly within it, when we take a closer look. 

I want us to collectively remember that we are all One. That we are actually the Universe and we are infinite .

It has been suggested that I virtue signal. That virtue signalling is a bad thing … I think Virtue signalling is necessary sometimes to call people out , or remind them of what they already know ! But chose to ignore . A trigger,  if you will…  called Virtue signalling by those who don’t want to hear it , or from those who really don’t back up their words with actions. 

It stands to  remind us of things we should care about in the World ,  a humanity and empathy that should always be extended to others and nature.
 If we cannot do something to alleviate the pain or the wrong doing , we should be reminded that their are problems that need solving and maybe if we  change small things in our lives, we can be part of the global movement towards inclusivity, and diversity a more palateable place for everyone to live in harmony. 
Our actions bring about economic change that can benefit everyone, by simply not purchasing a product , that has an adverse effect else where. The butterfly effect!
There is however, a line as we all come to our ideas through media , socials, our community, our education, perception and perspective, but also through  the people we meet.
The Corona Pandemic has shown us the importance of Community, of nature and our connections to both and each other. This is something we should build upon, teach our kids and lead by examples, that may be flawed at times but bring us back to the connection of Us. 
Start with your shopping, shop local , shop as fresh and plastic free as possible and learn to cook . 
Use apps and youtube to help you. . You might surprise yourself that you become healthier, save money and time when you adjust,  more aware and attached to community and don’t need to be vegan to make an impact 😉
